We are so happy we chose this dance group for our daughter. They have been nothing but supportive and helpful(even when we swooped classes at the last min). We received emails with all the information we needed. After her first lesson they emailed to make sure we were happy and to see how she got on. We even received a lovely bag with some gifts in and a post card with a picture of her. Such a lovely warm and welcoming touch. The staff we have met so far have been so nice.

My daughter has recently started ballet at Katie Philpott school of dance. Both my daughter and me have been made to feel very welcome. They provide you with all the information you need prior to the first lesson so you can be organised. On the whole a friendly and welcoming dance school.

My daughter began in the disco ducks class,she's absolutely loved it and will continue on to the next stage. The teachers are fab with young children,showing kindness and patience which creates a really positive and fun environment for them all.

Our child had their first dance class on Monday. From having trained in dance professionally I thought the class was wonderful, very engaging for the children, good use of sound and puppets were used as encouragement. The school was very welcoming and the attention to detail was flawless. Katie's communication through the process of joining the school and after the class has been wonderful.

Both my girls started Disco Ducks when they turned 2 years old and they absolutely loved this class and Miss Candy. They have continued to love dance and my youngest Darcey can’t wait to try to tap at the new KP Classic Katz class. All the pre-school teachers are just lovely- so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend KPSD to anyone looking for a pre-school class.

My daughters and I have been dancing at Katie Philpott's School of Dance for many years (yes they offer adult tap classes too) and we all really love it. There is a wide choice of dance styles and the teachers are all very friendly whilst remaining professional. Good technique and style are always promoted but the fun aspect of dance is never forgotten! In addition to weekly classes, members can also take part in many fun events such as competitions, dancing outdoors at local summer events and best of all, taking part in the school's dance spectacular every two years (for me nothing beats the buzz of dancing on stage in a theatre show with hundreds of other members!). The school has a family feel and a strong cameraderie between its members. I can't recommend KPSD highly enough and we wouldn't want to dance anywhere else!!
