Rang to make an enquiry and ans greeted with a negative attitude for 2 reasons, one because the dog hadn't stayed there before and because they'd not stayed in a kennel before. Its thats the attitude towards the owner, god knows what it is towards the dog !!!

It was my cats first time at The Mount a few weeks back and I am so glad I came across the kennels. After using another Kennels prior to finding The Mount, my cat was ill everytime after boarding and had to be taken to the vets each time he was collected! However, Barry and his wife at The Mount are lovely and the Kennels were a good size very clean and plenty of space in each pen! My cat has been fine after staying there an we will definitely be using The mount for future boarding and have recommended it to my animal friends! Thank you so much for looking after Marley so well! We look forward to seeing you both again! Natalie x
