I had such a lovely time at Bridal Rogue Gallery in York! The dresses are beautiful, as is the gallery space for trying on, and the woman helping - I didn't catch your name, I'm so sorry! - really listened and had so many great suggestions for veil/headpiece etc. She really put me at my ease and there's a great place next door for cocktails and a dress debrief!

The communications were great from the team but unfortunately my experience in the shop fell a below expectations. When we arrived, there was another group in the shop and the consultant was extremely flustered, which seemed to affect her focus throughout the appointment. The customer service put a dampener on the experience and didn’t leave me feeling excited, but given other positive reviews I’d hope this was just a one off and I was just unlucky!

I don't often write reviews but I had such an amazing experience at the Bridal Rogue Gallery in York that I couldn't not review them. I had an absolute nightmare with the original dress I had purchased for my Wedding and from the moment I phoned up to make my appointment, the whole experience was transformed back into a positive one. They were so incredibly understanding, compassionate and helpful and went out of their way to help me from beginning to end - which was purchasing the dream dress that I was meant to have all along. Thank you so much, you ladies are wonderful and I am so excited to wear it on the Big Day!

Thank you so much, Bridal Rogue Gallery! The experience was superb from the moment I walked through the door. Catriona ended up designing my dress for me which was just stunning. Tracey and Kelly looked after me brilliantly every time I visited the York store. I ended up with the most beautiful dress, lovely hair pins for myself and my bridesmaids and lovely earrings. I had so much fun that I just wish I could do it all over again!

She listened and found both dresses i had seen online, I went away with finding my prefect dress! I met Katie at your Harrogate job and was amazing as well.
