I have been using this post office for 2 years and i cant thank Marilyn and Rachel enough . I run a business and post lots and there so great with me i really dont know what id do without them. Read other comments and they only chat while doing parcels i can have 20 parcels it be really miserable if they did not chat with me. These ladies are my heroes :) thank you girls

I recently sent two boxes of sentimental items to a family member following a bereavement. The two staff members were obnoxious and rude, encouraging other customers to make comments about how poorly Parcelforce would treat the boxes. Aggressive, unprofessional and not the kind of service or conduct one would expect from the Post Office.
