  I visited Kia to look at cars, I’ve been getting around to change my cars for 12 months. It was Kia’s great customer service & Phil’s ( the salesman) knowledge of available vehicles that could meet my needs, that persuaded me now was the right time to buy. From the moment I stepped into talk to him, he knew immediately what would suit my needs. Helped me look at the various options to fiancé/buy the car. There were a few obstacles along the way, but thanks to Phil’s patience these were quickly resolved. Phil demonstrated that he puts customer service at the heart of his work. Thanks to him I was able to drive away my new car. The bunch of flowers was a lovely touch too. The only negative is the fiancé group who I found a pain to deal with & wouldn’t select these again.

  Thinking of changing the car after 6 years. Good friends recommended Ken Jervis Ltd to us, (they're on their second Kia Niro). Purchased a Kia Niro hybrid from Ken Jervis after dealing with Andy Gollins. Andy is not the stereotypical pushy car salesman. Very friendly, helpful, provided plenty of information, answered all questions fully and allowed plenty of time for a good long test drive and was willing to spend time with us. The car was ready when agreed and is superb. Andy was great throughout - thank you.

  I have recently traded in my Kia sportage for a Kia picanto, I was offered a good price on the trade. I have been very happy with the service provided, and am very happy with my new car. Everything went very smoothly and the staff very helpful. If I could say anything to improve it would be that staff don’t approach customers. There was a lovely man shining the cars outside I approached him and he got someone to come over to me.

  Buying a first car is confusing and exhausting with all the information that's out there, they hate to make it clear! But Andy helped to go through everything to make sure I knew of all my options, and knew them well. Overall I've had a very positive experience, pleased with the car and the service!

  Absolutely disgraceful. We have a sportage, there is a well known fault on this car, we had it 5 months and had been in for repair twice now. It’s s motability car and I’ve lost all confidence in it as they say it will keep happening. We have used lots more petrol due to this with absolutely no compensation or apology the customer service team are disgraceful and we are returning the car. Unfortunately people who buy this car are not aware of this fault and cannot return so easily. I was so excited to get a new Kia but have been sadly let down. Also we bought car mats which obviously will be no good to us now, feeling so let down

  This is my 5th car from Ken Jervis and my family’s 12th. I cannot rate them highly enough. The customer service is second to none. The salesman, Mike Buckley goes above and beyond with regular updates and help with the daftest of questions. The service team are brilliant with reminder texts and calls for services. Just an all round excellent experience every time. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for my gorgeous new Xceed GT line.

  We ordered a Kia Sportage this week. We were very pleased with the professional & friendly help from Andy & his colleagues. Due to a back problem an extended test drive was required to ensure the car was suitable. This was granted without hesitation, & we were lucky to be able to have the test drive that day. Andy was interested in our findings & with good grace accepted that we needed to test drive other brands before making a decision. We were not pressured into a rushed decision, & were pleased to be able to return to Ken Jervis 2 weeks later to place our order. We are aware that Ken Jervis is a family run business, & from our visits this is evident in the way colleagues help each other & the way we were treated as customers. We look forward to taking delivery later in the Summer. Dave & Joy Davies
