Very disappointing. Made an appointment for a valuation and then told they wouldn't trade anything in, so a pointless visit .Didn't do the valuation. Elaine was both rude and dismissive and blatantly wanted to deal with other people in the shop. I had some lovely jewellery and she was just not interested and tactless as she commentated on the fact that it was dated and wouldn't sell. People need to be mindful that jewellery can be very sentimental and their comments can be hurtful. Also rude saying that her opinion of a diamond would be different to a professionally certified stone from a main jeweller with certification. They are also prepared to sell a new Rolex for double its actual new price. Perpetuating the issue with Rolex as they are being bought to sell so the prices are getting silly. They have some nice pieces in the shop, but one to avoid for me.

Great little Jewellers! Used these guys a few times and always been pleased with the service. Yesterday the young chap adjusted my Omega watch bracelet with great care and attention. They are super helpful and friendly people. Would highly recommend, and they have some spectacular pieces in store.😁

I came to know Guy over a period of time buying watches, extensive knowledge and passion for both vintage and modern watches, from my experience I would call Guy a specialist in Omega, Rolex and Breitling. Elaine has been fantastic, a bespoke service that was on a tight schedule and completed 2 days ahead.
