I like the shop, the staff are always great. Browsing is encouraged cos it takes a lot of thinking to select the guitar of your dreams. It's a small shop so the section isnt huge. I have bought a few guitars from them over the years. Happy to return again

Amazing customer service! I bought a bass guitar from a different company which became faulty less than a month after the purchase, but the company would not reply to my emails or accept any calls. I decided to take the guitar to KM to see if they could fix it. The staff were very friendly and took the time to diagnose the problem whilst I was there. They were able to fix my bass in a couple of days for a minimal price, saving me from the hassle I experienced with the previous company.
