I was one of the first customers with K&SPC for pool maintenance in 2017 and for the first 3 years the service provided by Daniel was good, invariably reliable and competent. SInce then it has deteriorated with Daniel dis-engaged - even when there are problems with his team's organisation and delivery he has not been available to discuss. Over the last 12 months I have called them out 7 times. Once for a winter closedown - they didn't show up on the date agreed. Once to fit an inverter - they did this, but using a make I had said should not be used. Once for a maintenance visit - the clean was done fine, but I was left with 2 tears in the pool cover. Three times for summer pool cover repairs - each time they failed to bring the necessary equipment. Once for a Chlorinator cell quote - this took approx 6 weeks and several chasings before being received - when received it was very high priced. Overall, a very disappointing slide in performance after a promising start.
