Im giving two stars only based on my personal experience. My issue was the waiting time, I arrived @2pm(walk-in)and left @4am...long enough to travel from London to California. Even though I needed some MRI testing twice my name was mispronounced so lost spot my queue and two xtra hrs. While made wait for test results it seems specialists also forgot about me even though I kept asking why so long a wait resulting in an excruciating wait which was a disregard for a patient. There should be a more accurate system so patients know where they are on a queue , screens like in GP showing patients full names rather than be called. The technology is there, it would make services efficient and fair for everyone.

Hello Me (Boss)
Went there after a call with 111 today. The staff member especially the guy that took me in for assessment was showing so much attitude. I ended up leaving without any medical assistance after I was told the waiting time was approximately 6hours. Utterly a joke of public money. Very disappointed! And yet the NHS has the audacity to ask for increase in pay. They really need to work on staff training and who they employ.

The staff at A&E were honestly amazing. I booked an arrival time through 111, and the staff at the hospital were great. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I was quite scared and anxious while I was there, and I think the staff could tell - they were all very gentle, nice and respectful. I was dreading going in, since I know the state of the NHS right now is all over the place, but I was pleasantly surprised. A big thank you to the whole department.

Apparently a private company bought the hospital (from my understanding), 18 medics have resigned, extremely under staffed, waiting times in the A&E for over 10 hours, wasted my whole day for nothing + no free public parking :( .. go somewhere else if you can

Great staff, however waiting room like a zoo. Though you are probably more likely to get bitten or catch something unpleasant at King's. I don't know how the staff cope with the clientele. Would take more than a pay rise to get me working there. Also, who gave Greenbrook a contract to manage the front desk? Maybe you should pay it a visit to fully understand what a disaster that has been.
