    Rooms: I got to the hotel and welcoming staff bit disappointed that during my booking I been informed that I have booked a room for 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single. Unfortunately despite paying my full price I did not receive what I been told during my booking / request. Instead I been given a room of 3 with 3 single bed. Very disappointed.

    A good place to put your head at night, don't be mistaken, this is NOT an hotel. I didn't have a smell/bugs problems, cause we booked EIGHT days, they put us at the top floor. A really bad stair situation, the staff did not help us what so ever with our bags. "Do it yourself" kind of. My mom had a bad time with the stairs, the top room has a huge wall in it, we kept hitting it. The water/heater situation is bad. One time really hot boiling water in the shower, the next day- extremely cold. The maintenance guy only did it worse. No real room cleaning, only new towels, and no real coffee stand, they did not change the spoons provided. The check out was nasty. No notice, no nothing. "Get out" . the date and time was NOT clear to us. We were only sleeping there. For that, its fine. I know they are way cheaper then any other place. But some things are just basic human situations.
