Initially very helpful delivery time altered last minute by the team from 830 to 1030 which was accepted but they arrived at 915! as a consequence our Preplanned labour team weren’t available but still you get 30 minutes to free the load with only 3 people instead of the 6 planned. More concrete delivered than ordered as not made aware of how it worked I expected to have the quantity we ordered. Unfortunately despite the delivery guy being great, extremely rude and poor communication from the company office staff communication needs to work both ways. That said base dried great and delivery guy was lovely seems pot luck what service domestic settings get

Ash who delivered our concrete was absolutely outstanding, more like a personal contractor than a delivery guy, We ordered 1.1 cubic meters for the base for our summer house, we are just DIY'ers and not builders, Ash provided guidance on how to pour the concrete and level it, even doing 50% of the manual work, Ash arrived early, did not pressurise us what-so-ever to be ready for him, and helped us barrow half of the concrete, without him it would have been far more difficult instead it was simple, the lady's in the office were professional, helpful and knowledgeable but Ash was absolutely superb, all credit dude you were amazing, thanks to all at KCG for a superb service, I recommend all those who are sceptical as we were about ordering from a concrete supplier to trust KCG to trust these guys they are absolutely first rate, no I am not on the payroll I work in an office 😁

Just used Kingscroft for the first time on a koi pool base which we are building for a prestigious customer. Excellent customer service and support and the crew was fantastic.
