You know what it is, your arms are becoming too short, this was why I got my first kirk and kirk. So when I had to change my glasses, for sure this has to be kirk and kirk ones too! I am so grateful to Chrissie and Kirk & Kirk! They saved my life. I love my beautiful acrylic frames and when my prescription changed after cataract surgery, I used my 3 year old K&K frames to update my prescription. But, then I wore them to play tennis and got hit in the eye. While the glasses protected my operative eye, I they flew off and the temple snapped in two. I was devastated. So, I reached out to Kirk & Kirk on their website. Chrissie from the U.S. contacted me from their warehouse in CO. She had a replacement temple for my frames and she was on her way home the following day to Birmingham, AL! I live in Birmingham! She hand delivered the temple and within 2 days, our optician, iii's in Birmingham had my glasses all ready for me. I rarely leave reviews. But, I am so happy with the service I've received and I wanted others to know.
