Perhaps it would be more worthwhile for those who actually pay for the services of this company (rather than those who engage with them on behalf of clients who actually foot the bill - I’m looking at you, Andrews) to provide the reviews. Zero flexibility regarding appointment times for flat owners/tenants in a building. In excess of £100 “penalty” if for whatever reason the flat owner or their tenant is not able to be available at the time and date that this company stipulates they must be there to provide access. I’m sure it’s very profitable for KIS and the management agents they deal with, but it’s an absolutely disgraceful business practice to force on those who have to pay for the services they provide.
