Staff on phone polite shame cannot look at cars on day when they set date Paid them to tell me what the aa had already diagnosed instead they investigated and gave me a ridiculous price just because I said I was not happy Now the boss well what can I say he was very rude to a paying customer just because I wasn’t happy about being charge for them telling me what I already knew COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AVOID VERY EXPENSIVE AND LIERS Service: Engine repair

Very dissapointed as an AA patrol actually reccomended this garage The car went in with an overheating problem caused by leaking pipes They said they had fixed that so i then asked them to carry out a full service When i went to collect the car i left it running and noticed that it was still leaking from the same place as when it first went in so i left it with them to correct that About 2 weeks and £700 later i went to collect the car and it then overheated on the way home Lacking any faith in them i took the car to a specialist who told me that the head was warped and cracked and that the service should never have been carried out as it was also blowing blue smoke from the dipstick which is a very easy thing to check before doing work on an engine The garage of course said it was my fault so i had to take it up with my credit card company Services: Brake service & repair, Vehicle Inspection, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto emissions testing
