Very misleading info on website. States that outside the 4 mile normal radius there will be an extra charge which is understandable however. They do not provide service outside of the 4 mile radius at all. I'm under 6 miles away from them and they didn't offer an additional fee or any alternative providers just said they couldn't help. Really need to update their website so people don't get get disappointed.

We have been using Jenni at Kitty Angels (Walsall & Wolverhampton), for several years and she provides an excellent service. Not only looking after our 3 cats (probably better than we do 😂) but also the extras (picking up post, putting out the waste bins etc) which this year has included feeding the hedgehogs that visit our garden. We feel happy going away as we know that our animals will be very well cared for - would definitely recommend.

Giving a stranger your house key and asking them to look after your precious pets is quite a scary thought - hopefully this review will give people the peace of mind that they need! We didn’t know Jenni when we first booked her but she came highly recommended by our vet who was, at the time, treating our very poorly kitten. She has now looked after our 4 cats and 2 guinea pigs several times over the last 12 months. She has cared for them, during her visits, like they are her own. She has taken time to get to know the cats and know their individual personalities. She gives excellent (and funny) daily updates and photographs and gives you confidence that the fur babies are being looked after. I would recommend to anyone who needs someone trustworthy, friendly and great with cats (and piggies). Such a great service - better than sending them to a Cattery.

Kitty Angels have been amazing, Jenni looked after our beloved cat Daphne this weekend whilst we were away. Unfortunately Daphne became unwell which Jenni spotted and brought to our attention immediately. Jenni took Daphne to the emergency vet for us and stayed with her whilst she was sadly diagnosed with heart failure. Jenni kept us informed about Daphne and looked after her as if she was her own cat until we returned home today. It was so reassuring having her there at such a difficult time. She really went above and beyond for her. We're not sure if Daphne would've made if through the weekend if it wasn't for Jenni's vigilance. We can't thank you enough, you're such a wonderful person and you can tell you take your job seriously and are very passionate about animals. We're not sure what the future holds for Daphne but if we ever needed a cat sitter again we wouldn't hesitate to use Jenni again and will certainly recommend her to family/friends.

We were really nervous about leaving our newly diagnosed diabetic cat to go on holiday for 5 days but Jenni was absolutely amazing with Indie. She came in twice a day (and didn't mind that his first injection was at 7am!) to feed, fuss, and give him his insulin. She also cleaned his litter tray and brought in our mail. Jenni was super responsive and happy to send us updates/pictures (and even a video at one point), which really put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our time away. I'd highly recommend Kitty Angels, and particularly Jenni, her experience, love for cats, and superlative care means that we'd use her services again without hesitation.

Our 14 year old cat, Indie, is newly diagnosed with diabetes. We had booked to go on holiday and were apprehensive of leaving him with just anyone. I did some research and found that Kitty Angels had specialised cat sitters who could deal with injections. We got in contact and Jenni was very quick in replying. I can not thank Jenni enough, she gave us cute little updates and pictures every day and made us feel at ease and relaxed. Considering Indie is a shy cat, Jenni (who is a literal cat whisperer) was amazing with him. I would highly recommend using this service :)

Jenni instantly put my anxiety at ease and I would never think about getting anyone else to look after my fur babies! After my dad passed away we needed to find alternative carers for our three cats, two elderly ladies and one sprightly Maine coon boy kitten. We tried them in a good cattery but it just didn't suit them being away from home and they became very stressed. A friend recommended Kitty Angels so we tried them the next time we went away. Jennie was fabulous. She came twice daily to keep an eye on the cats and also looked after our fish. She sent us regular updates and pictures so we knew all was well at home. She would quickly raise any issues that she wasn't sure about. We came home to three happy and stress free cats. Would highly recommend and will use again.
