I've visited the salon twice, both times with Lauren. First, was just hairwash and styling which was fine. Second, was hair colouring. I asked for root retouch and blue dye retouch on my fringe (already dyed blue). She said the colour needs to be lifted (mind that my roots are black). I said I only want to retouch the colour, not lift it. She insisted to lift the colour first. I trusted she'd know better. She put the material to lift the colour and dyed the rest of the hair black. The time obviously wasn't enough to lift the black colour, which she saw when she checked the hair before washing them, but she went on as normal to wash the hair. Then, she said she'll put the blue colour on the fringe while I was at the washing basin (that means she left the blue collour for 10 minutes...). Then blow dry and send me home. I ended up with semi-lifted orange roots and a dull blue-ish hue after 1 wash. I paid 83 pounds for this service, to be left with half hair orange and half a weird blue-green colour. I messaged her with a video of the hair and her response was: ''Hi, I’m sorry you feel that way I can however I assure you that everything was used correctly and for the correct amount of time. I can only lift the hair to a certain degree without causing any damage x'' 1 extra star for the clean environment and because there are other hairdressers working there that I don't know their work. But definitely won't go there again. Service: Hair coloring
