Be very careful a lot of these companies will tell a different side of the investment to get their commission. Knight Knox did this to me and many investors who invested in the mill. The investment is not giving the guaranteed return , the freeholder has switched hands and has left the leaseholders with many issues. Knight Knox don’t care and it’s shambolic that they get given awards that is based on their greed Amendment to my review 22/5/23 since my review i have had some communication from Knight Knox. There are a few items in my initial review that i wish to correct. I cant find the correspondence to knight knox where i expressed my concerns. So i am giving them the benefit that without this they may have not known of my concerns. On the flip side this still does not stop companies who get updates on investments not going smooth to make more contact with people they have sold investments. So this is a learning that knight knox need to take on board. Having established a leaseholders committee there are a number of people who have bought from knight knox and share similar views but this is across the board. I still stand by the comments that knight knox as an established player in this industry and with that wealth of experience and networking could and should do more for all the leaseholders that they have sold investments at teh Mill in Lancaster to and rather than being reactive could have been a lot more proactive

My first experience with Knight Knox was in 2015 (contact person Janet McGovern). I bought an off plan student accommodation. The plan delivered as promised. My recent purchase through Janet is an assisted living flat. Once again the service from Knight Knox was prompt, friendly and very professional. Janet was always there to answer any questions. She is honest and straight forward. Their after sale service was also excellent and there was a named person (Michelle - who is also very polite, prompt and efficient) to see the sale through. She kept us up to date with the progress. I will not hesitate to invest again through Knight Knox if I have any more funds for investment.

I've worked with Knight Knox on many occasions, stretching over 10 years or so and I have to say that although their standards were always high way back when... the current team take it to almost unbelievable new heights! Michelle progressed a property transaction for us from Reservation to Exchange within 3 working days recently... bonkers! Suzanne overseeing the whole thing was also an ultimate pro and the whole thing was seamless. We now have other sales underway with them and will always put our properties to them where possible, as their buyers are serious and move quickly. Hat's off to Sam and his team, from the Sales Advisors to Directors and everyone between, they really are on point and, in my opinion, top of the industry they work in. 👏👏👏

DO NOT TOUCH the investment lodges at Landal Barnsoul. Site does not have full planning permission and owned by what seems a dodgy company. Knight Knox may have planning documents but obviously haven't read the conditions. Site is not open.
