Switching Space
I study at ucb university and often used to stop here to grab a coffee, the shop is right next to the parking complex which is convenient. The coffee is not too bad but The manager is a smack head, he’s either sniffing coke or smoking crack. I’ve been around junkies long enough to understand when someone is under the influence. If you read the response to some of the customer complaints, only a junkie would respond in such a manner. The staff are rude and the shop itself just feels unwelcoming. Nowadays, I’d rather drink coffee from the uni vending machine than go back to here again. Seriously messed up place, hope someone like the owner may do something about this place.

Gorgeous coffee, beautiful home made grub and wonderful and friendly owners. A lovely, quiet space which is welcoming and out of the hussle and bussle of the centre of town (but still in close proximity to Snow Hill, etc!) Worth the visit ❤️

Walked in and they weren’t serving because they were to busy with orders. Great. Asked about Wifi… No Wifi (its 2022 right?) Then got shouted down by some dude (assume the manager by the aggressive tone) for having my phone on speaker. Now bear in mind I wasn’t playing NWA, but a business meeting. LOL. Have a walk into town for a better experience 😃 A footnote… As you can see by the response to my review, and others (and check out Trip Advisor) who dare to criticise, its not well received with a theme of rudeness from the owners and we cant all be wrong 😂😂😂 No wonder the place was empty, but they’ll tell you it wasnt. Peace out from this ‘vile’ man and Merry Christmas to the rudest cafe in Birmingham which will no doubt be worn as a badge of honour 😂😂
