The first time I booked an appointment here, I took a whole day off from work to be able to get my hair done here. Once I arrived, the shop turned out to be closed! No one had informed me about this. I was really sad as I took my whole day out for this and took an unpaid day off, which has obviously cost me money. They re-booked me for today (about a month later) Again I took the whole day off. I’m now in front of the salon for my appointment and the whole salon it taped off and in some sort of refurbishment!!!!! They even sent me a text reminder yesterday to confirm my appointment. They don’t pick up the phone. I’m literally about to cry. Horrible 😢

This is seriously the best salon in London! I have been coming here for multiple years now after searching for a local salon and I couldn't have picked a better place. Not only do you walk away feeling like a new beautiful human being but every time I see Nohad, I feel like I'm coming back to visit with an old friend. Additionally, when my hair was super unhealthy and I came in looking to have it bleached, Nohad said that my hair wasn't up for it and that meant a lot to me because she actually cared about me and my hair and knew its limits; which is exactly what you need in a hairstylist! Not just someone who will do whatever you ask even when it's not in your best interest! You will never get better service, looks, or company than at Knots & Dye. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HAIR EXTENTIONS!!!!!!!!! OMG words cannot describe how HAPPY I am with my hair like I’m actually speechless and gobsmacked. From the consultation to the actual fitting I felt so comfortable with noha she’s such a lovely bubbly human and so is her colleague I felt so relaxed as soon as I stepped in the salon.
