I am coming up to week 8 of my 8 week training for the ultra white collar boxing event. I have learnt so much from all the coaches and been pleasantly surprised with the boxing gym culture. KO boxing gym is a place where you leave your ego at the door, it’s a place to learn about boxing from people who love the sport. No matter your race, gender, age, etc, you will be treated as equals, pushed to new limits you didn’t know you could go, and learn to love and respect the sport. Every session I leave feeling better and happier than when I arrived. Thanks team!

I would recommend anyone of any age, gender or ability to give this gym a go. Speaking as a woman in her 50's this place has been absolutely amazing for me, it's given me confidence, opportunities, helped me get fit and so much more. All the staff and trainers are so supportive and care a lot about everyone that attends.

I was introduced to this gym through UWCB I have now after 12 lessons decided to follow on in my boxing lessons as these trainers are a great bunch of blokes they will push you to limits you still didn't exist but also supportive. I am now in the greatest shape of my life at the ripe old age of 43 so its never to late to start. Totally recommend

Trained there for a white collar event. Bill and his team of coaches are excellent and got us ready to box confidently in 8 weeks. I would highly recommend this gym for beginners as a great place to learn. I’m sure the pros already know how good it is by reputation!
