Very rude staff. Came home to find their lorry blocking my drive, sounded my horn to alert them where they were working three doors down. Got a mouthful of abuse from an individual because I didn’t leave my car in the middle of the road to come find them and then “nicely ask” if they wouldn’t mind terribly not illegally blocking access to my drive. They did move said lorry but once I was on my drive they moved it back to continue blocking my access. I pointed out that I would be coming and going numerous times over the day and therefore this was not practical and illegal. Again got more abuse although he did finally remove the lorry and park it across one of my other neighbours driveways.

We used the company as a recommendation and found they came and put the scaffolding up a day to early. This was a bit of an inconvenience as we were told they were coming the following day and had booked time off from work. Then we found that they had put it up wrong so had to come back again to do it which pushed out tight schedule in the weekend and wet weather so the work couldn’t start. On collection they again turned up a day earlier than expected as I was just leaving for a doctor appointment. So again an inconvenience. On the whole the staff were friendly and courteous but would of liked for them to stick to the times we’d agreed before hand. Once the scaffolding was correct it was fine and from a safety point of view was ok.
