First appointment left me a little disgruntled as the lady doing it kept going off and talking to other people, I had to return as she had not trimmed the sides correctly. Also she had to get someone else to finish the cut on the top of my head. I attended for my pre-booked and deposit paid for second appointment to be told that my stylist had left and no one could do my hair, this was very upsetting, but I appreciate unavoidable. What I didn’t expect was to be told that I hadn’t paid a deposit when I knew I had whatever mistake had happened by the stylist taking my money isn’t my fault and she told me that I paid an additional amount as a deposit for my next appointment , please do not use this salon, there is another review on here telling you that they have done this before. I am surprised that they are getting away with taking your money in advance and then not even given it back. The salon also said they didn’t have my phone number I appreciate that things go missing but under GDPR surely my information that was taken should be kept private. Service: Hair coloring

They steal your money. I paid a deposit for booking a slot. The same day they cancelled my appointment, but didn't give my money back. If I want it I have the obbligation to book another appointment even if I can't. I asked several times to have my money but they didn't and also blocked me on Facebook. It's my right to have back my deposit, especially because the appointment was cancelled by them. Avoid!
