Absolutely joke not working place. I agree with every comment bellow as is correct. Witnessed all of it. Doesn't matter if you work as agency or permanent. Code of conduct mentioned in does reviews is bigger joke than company itself. It's only apply to particular people like team leaders and groups of people working years there. If you ask HR to have meeting, it take them hour's or days to found time. Raising complain doesn't change anything ether. For years i was watching how that company drowning. Now with clear mind can tell this is not what you looking for.

I worked hard and fast for 4 weeks, but on my last week I felt like I was being bullied and discriminated against, I felt like I was always the odd one out, I felt like no matter how fast or hard I worked it was never good enough and it went unoticed and unappreciated. I felt like I was always getting nagged at for the job I was assigned to do for the last 3 days which was loading plastic bottles onto a rotary table which needed fixing which I had mentioned 3-4 times to several staff members hence the reason I couldn't do my job that I was assigned to do.
