Alik worked at 21 Moorfields in the role of Lead Geospatial Engineer for a period of 6 months from September 2021 to February 2022. He joined the project at a challenging time in terms of the geospatial workload, with little opportunity for handover from his predecessor. Alik quickly established an understanding of the surveying and control requirements of a complex project, proactively solving problems and developing good working relationships with sub-contractors. He managed the surveying priorities and workload of up to 3 other geospatial engineers, often helping with their on-the-job training and development.
