We left our dog with the groomer here for an hour.. When returning to collect we noticed his tail & ears were down and he seemed nervous.. On closer inspection at home there were some red marks and bruising on his lower abdomen.. We had this checked by our vet who said it looked as if he'd been restrained inappropriately & with force.. I dont know what goes on here but I'll be avoiding it in future.. Edit.. they respond that they have no record of us being here?.. But i never gave a date or my name in my review..

We have a long hair German shepherd who can be quite nervous but over time they have really gained his trust and they do an amazing job with his grooming. Big thanks in particular to Lou and Mel, who have given him the best trim he's had since we adopted him!

First time leaving my 6 month pup with a kennel, collected him week later and he looked really well put on weight and had bit of a growth spurt had a complimentary bath for his return. Was happy puppy will be using again and also be putting my older dog in with him at end of year and going forward to next year.
