Both Chris and Lexi went above and beyond any level of expectation I might have had with the job I landed on them. I approached them about a job which involved cleaning a huge selection of clothing from my Dad's home, which was part of a job to clear his home and choose the clothes he still wants and then donate the rest to charity. The task in hand was enormous, overall. Chris and Lexi knew that I was concerned about the expense because of everything else going on. They had 8 huge bags of laundry, which included really good shirts, pure wool sweaters, some outdoor jackets, trousers and much more. They offered me a military discount which is standard and a further discount to ease the strain. To be honest, I was truly choked up by their kindness, particularly when we're all experiencing such a difficult time with energy bills and the general cost of living. Their generosity was quite overwhelming and appreciated more than they can maybe imagine. Chris dropped of all the laundry when it was clean. It was immaculately folded and organised into categories of garments. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please don't ever hesitate to go to Laundry Lil's ... they're the best kind of people, professional, fair prices as their standard prices and providing an exemplary service!
