when i first received my order, they sent the wrong size. i called up and got through straight away to a guy called james he was lovely and helpful and sent me out a new order straight away it arrived next day and i sent the other order back and iv just had notification of a partial refund which is totally unexpected but massively thoughtful! such a wonderful company clothes are 10/10 and service is immaculate!
