She also talked through specific difficulties and problem areas, targeting these to personalise the massage for me, as well as using complimenting essential oils. She worked out lots of knots in my crunchy shoulders from climbing, and left me feeling great.

Great! Super friendly person and super nice massage! Ive got a bit of an awkward back and Lauren always adjusts her massge to its current state. She's given me both the 'gently does it' and the 'deep hard elbows' massage styles at depending on circumstances and i always leave feeling much better..... Recommended!
