Hate giving bad reviews but this needs to be done. The shop itself is great, the clothing/brand are one of my all time favourites BUT the customer service is shocking. No welcome, smile, recognition….. I could go on. This is not the first time this has happened to me in this store, I let it slide the first time but no longer. It isn’t even the same member of staff. PLEASE let your bricks and mortar store reflect your amazing brand. 3* for the brand, none for the customer service.
