  EDIT: This is a made up name, you won't find me in your database. I honestly don't wanna waste any more of my time with you. My feedback is very clear; either act upon it or ignore it. My worst recruitment experience was with Haley Bridge - in particular with the owner, Manoj Tank. When enquiring about a job, highlighting my interests, he proceeded to send me job specs exactly for the *opposite* of what I wanted. He used very aggressive language in his emails to extract sensitive information from you. Quoting: "Confirmation of your current/most recent base salary and package or contract rate - please be completely accurate with this – everything is checked on receipt of an offer" Finally, when I told him I needed a few days to think about his proposal, he called me at 8am (waking me up) the very next morning to pressure me into closing the deal.

  Nigal Wagle (of Haley Bridge) is extremely professional and highly effective in his approach to recruitment. Nihal stands out from other recruiters because he is very quickly able to identify a skills-match between the candidate and the prospective job role.
