As a landlord I have been dealing with Leaders on various occasions and found the service excellent. I don't get in the office as I use to, probably to the relief of the office staff! I have just been speaking with a lady Steph Anzalucca. I had an issue with a statement that had been sent to me and needed Steph to resolve the issue. Within 10 minutes Steph had called back. She had spoken to accounts, rung my tenants and seemingly has resolved the outstanding issue. I have to highlight Steph's excellent customer service. She took responsibility of my issue ; no handing over the issue to anyone else..It is such a pleasure to deal with someone professional and who takes her job and her responsibility to her landlords seriously and with great alacrity.
