I had pleasure in dealing with the letting team ( Thomas Penny and Henry Taylor and late Kate Moss) during the process of my letting application for a property in Braintree. I was welcomed at the viewing of the property, the conversations were open, very informative and the processes clearly explained. We liked the property and put in an offer and after a few checks and clearances we were given the opportunity to initiate the application process . All the online applications through the Leaders portal were expeditiously sent to us and the team were always at hand to clarify any issues and assist were necessary. We can't praise Henry, Tom, Chris and all staff highly enough. They helped us secure a rental property over the Xmas period and completed all the relevant legal work by the 9th Jan - nothing short of miraculous. Having sold our house, with a completion date looming, they achieved the impossible. We contacted several other agents around that period who did not seem to appreciate our situation and some were lacking a professional attitude. Thank you so much for all your hard work, we really do appreciate it. In simple terms, we would not have a place to live but for the magnificent effort from all @ Leaders, Braintree!

Yeliz has been massively helpful throughout our move to Witham and replies super quickly to any emails and has worked tirelessly to offer the best service, so I really appreciate that, thank you :) I can't fault Leaders at all, however, I would say the amount of emails received for signing documents can be a little overwhelming to keep up with, but that's about it! A pleasure to deal with :)
