She replied promptly to emails and calls, which helped it all run smoothly and was flexible when it came to picking up the keys to the flat. Sarah Campbell was also very helpful while we were moving in and was able to help with any questions we had. Gavin Pryke has also been really helpful and quick to respond to emails and phone calls as our property manager and contact point. Not cowboys like other estate agents I have dealt with in the past.
