Would avoid if can be helped. Poor communication from the start, was lied to by an agent when told the a property was available when really it wasn't and that we were the only ones able to apply. Still not sure why we weren't just told the truth in the first place. This caused us to miss out on other properties. However the lettings manager, Joe, was helpful in communicating the issue and in trying to resolve the issue so perhaps ask for him.

Never wrote a review before but my experience with this estate agent was horrendous. Awful communication promising multiple times they would call back first thing in the morning to receive no communication. Constant lies and awful customer service. Good luck if you try and talk to these people.

My partner and I were left in a horrible situation when our landlords decided to sell our rented property with very little notice. We booked multiple viewings and Amaya Olbort showed us around the places. She was incredibly lovely, helpful and informative. When we decided to apply for a place, we learned there were a lot of other applications which was really stressful given our time constraints and deadline for moving out of our place. Amaya went out of her way to keep us informed, even updating us when she'd left the office and letting us know exactly what was happening. Thankfully we got the place and Amaya helped it all go smoothly.We even got a goody bag when picking up the keys including chocolates and stuff we could use in the new place! Shoutout to Lauren Rutherford there also who also kept us updated and was very friendly.

Applied for a flat, paid holding deposit, submitted all required documents through the app plus sent additional over the email, gave personal phone numbers of current hosts (landlords), explained the fact that I have never previously rented...was assured that everything is in order but the reference check was never finished within three weeks time. I kept chasing without luck. In the end had to find another flat with the help of a different agency and everything went smoothly. Just lost my holding deposit which leaders do not intend to return. Will never consider Leaders again and will never recommend it.
