Terrible experience letting through Leaders. They’re allowing our landlord to get away with not fixing issues with the flat and won’t put us in direct contact with him to get this resolved ourselves. All the while happy to take money from us.

We've had Leaders as our Letting Agents for 4 years and it has involved matters of urgencies and matters of general occurring problems and other day to day matters, we needed help to solve when we were at home and away. It meant we had to rely on Leaders Senior Property manager, Rosey Turner in all these occasions being it day or night, weekend or midweek for us the problems and need for assistance was to us urgent matters. Rosey was the middleman between us and the landlord and what a job she did and what engagement she showed to her customers is simply marvellous and nothing beats a professional and most of all very patient and intelligence Property manager like Rosey.
