This review is a long time coming but I just wanted to say the Sevenoaks team have been amazing through the whole process. First, I would like to thank Amy for finding us our perfect place! She knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us the opportunity to see the property as soon as it came on the market. Even in the rain we feel in love with it, so a million thank you’s, Amy. Due to Amy having a much deserved break we then delt with Dom for the rest of the process. He made it all as smooth as it could be, especially with us both being self employed. All the questions we had were handled with professionalism and care. We really felt like we were being looked after through the entire process. I did pop into the branch a few times to ask some questions and I felt so at ease with everyone in the office. We have been with other lettings companies before but this time we really felt like the whole team valued us as people and not just another tenant looking for a rental. Thank you to the whole team (Amy, Dom & Stephen!), I would highly recommend Leaders Sevenoaks.

AWFUL SERVICE Rented a property through leaders with a difficult landlord who refused to maintain any standard of the property . Gas safety certificate expired & house riddled with mold in every room . After the land lord refused to fix the issues an eviction notice was then submitted because they did not want to pay for the property to be a safe place to live in . Service from leaders has been awful - no communication or support , clearly do not VET who they take on as landlords . The landlords will paint over the mold , get the next tenant in and i'm sure Leaders will list the property for rental. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY IN ANNETTS HALL , BOROUGH GREEN INFESTED WITH MOLD.

Still waiting for a rental deposit and I moved out in January. They have taken off a lot of money for an end of tenancy clean. I found another company who could of done this cheaper that I would pay for and they still didn’t consider it. I was a loyal regular paying tenant and have been treated much better by other local lettings agents.
