PREVIOUS 5* REVIEW BELOW absolutely disgusting company. Paid my first month's rent and deposit on time as requested. Moved into property. Didn't even view it - now I know why! Tiles uneven, shoddy work done, none of the doors shut, oven is broken, shower rail is broken. Black mould in the second bedroom, poor paint jobs all over the house. Flooring is cheap and any amount of water makes it super slippy. Tiles in the kitchen are foam for some reason??? I've tripped so many times in this house I've had bruises all over me. They then chase me for the initial rent I paid as they "couldn't find it", dealt with about 7 different agents all making me repeat the same story. I had a miscarriage, whether it was due to the stress of them accusing me of lying or the tripping from the appalling tiles, I'll never know. Cold responses when asking about anything other than this stupid rent payment that I've provided every imaginable type of proof for. Now I am planning on moving and they're charging ME for reletting. Won't allow more pets as "damage to the property" as if it can get any more damaged anyway. Insult to injury, time and time again. AVOID, I'd rather live on the streets than ever rent from leaders again ----_------- Not yet moved in, but had a wonderful experience with Stacy as our negotiator. things moved fast which is ideal, and every time I called the office with insane questions they were nothing but lovely and friendly. will update review throughout rest of the journey

Don’t rent from them. Have had multiple issue while staying at my current accommodation. The property manager Yasmin was out of office for 2 weeks with no alternative person to contact. I tried contacting on multiple occasions about a hot water issue that I had for a while months. After they finally fixed the issue they was no compensation provided for the stress they had put me through.

Leaders property was truly exceptional, their responsiveness, good energy, kindness, honesty was incredible. They were patient even when I had some issues that I couldn’t meet up on schedule with my side of the agreement. Overall, I would strongly recommend leaders property to anyone looking to buy or rent a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers or renters. My experience with them was really impeccable
