Possibly THE single best experience I've had with a letting agent. I had to move at super short notice and Molly was exceptional. I'm not the easiest of clients (a bit demanding!) and Molly bent over backwards to serve her own client (landlord) but also do everything she could to meet my needs and she did it all with patience, grace and humour. Nothing fell through the cracks, it happened insanely smoothly and quickly - and the rest of the team have been amazing as well. I am truly grateful to Molly and the team for making what was a really tough few weeks, that bit easier.
