This is the first time I have to been to this shop across the road from Leah's original hair salon, as Leah usually cuts my hair whilst other staff colour it and am always pleased with results. I had Amber cut and colour my hair this time. She did a fantastic job and was warm and friendly as was the lovely customer sitting next to me. Thankyou ladies.

Went from an average ‘it will do’ salon to appalling service. I have just received a phone call from this salon (replying to a voice message I left to book an appointment a month ago!) informing me that the beauty retreat is no longer open and is operating as a second hair salon by an incredibly rude member of staff with a couldn’t care less attitude. As well as the hairdressing staff at the other salon leaving my elderly 75 year old mother standing in their doorway for over 10 minutes and barely acknowledging her when she popped in to book an appointment and consequently ended up walking out. In my time visiting the beauty retreat for eyebrow threading and manicures I have witnessed members of staff bad mouthing clients and each other. I am completely unsurprised that the beauty retreat has closed down and reopened as a hair salon and can only hope the owner employs a more professional standard of staffing but I certainly will not be visiting again. I do not recommend this salon. The scheduling time, lack of respect for customers, high prices and low quality. Dear Leah, I can't believe you're saying I'm not in the database !!! Then how come I was contacted by you this morning? The last time I visited the salon was 1 year ago and it was forever. I need to be in the database since you have my mobile number. Please do not mislead customers. With that I said everything I had to say.
