Poor customer service. They are just a bunch of money grabbers. Selling poor quality materials and refuse to return. Waiting times for Udemy courses can be very long (up to three months in the worst case scenario). I don't want Learnerbly to be my gatekeeper to learning materials. If I need something, it needs to be delivered asap, even one week of waiting for digital resource is too long. They are getting paid for the service, but I am not getting value for money. They do not have any responsibility for the quality of the materials that they are selling and refuse to return.

Learnerbly is only good if you want to purchase a book via Amazon. Otherwise they are very slow or most of the time they simply ignore requests to list a learning resource on their website. I wouldn't recommend. Slow and expensive, bad customer service 👎👎👎. Why do we need a mediator just to buy a book via Amazon?

Such a brilliant solution! I've always loved the idea of personal learning budgets and how much autonomy they give each learner to own their own personal growth, but there are normally too many barriers to these working in practice. What do I actually want to learn? What am I allowed spend my budget on? How do I pay? etc etc. Learnerbly solves these problems so well + really makes personal learning budgets work. Speaking both from my experience with the platform as a learner (I find I have SO many more things I want to learn now!) and also as a Head of People in a fast-growth startup (so much less admin + much higher engagement in our budgets - woo hoo!) I would recommend Learnerbly to anyone!
