Fabulous customer service : visited the shop today with a jammed Benelli Supernova. The chap in the shop fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me ! I bought some cartridges but still felt I’d short changed him. Would highly recommend as friendly and very professional .

Met Dave for the first time to pick a mail order brand new air rifle from a separate supplier.The rifle was in a terrible dirty state, unacceptable and will be sent back. Nothing to do with Dave of course. Chatted to him, one customer who recently had a baby etc. Ended up purchasing a s/h rifle from him with zero pressure, only much information and help. Fair price etc. He's a real gem and a bluntly spoken gentleman, my kind of chap. Old school etc.
