I strongly do not recommend this print shop. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't go back there in the future. The policy for the print shop is not clear on the website and the security rules are not clear on the security gate. This is the worst scenario because none of them know the rules of the other. The security personnel were aggressive and disrespectful. The printer shop won't accept memory sticks, and security won't allow you to use a computer. After going up and down, back and forth without anything in return, I wasted my time. Finally, I walked to another print shop and printed my poster in less than 15 minutes with no issues. Therefore, if you are not a student at Hallam University, you should avoid this place at all costs. Even though the guy at the print shop was respectful and tried to help, the policy wasn't helpful. As a response to the owner answer: You mentioned incorrect information and that was not the correct story I came to the door and I was clear with the Indian guy and said i would like to go to the print shop i am a visitor. He didn’t asked me for anything or gave me any information about any policy and opened the door for me without any ID!!! I went to the print shop as I told him and the guy asked me to upload the file online which was not mentioned on the website I went upstairs and asked students for help because it was 2:30 p.m and a friendly student opened the computer for me to upload the file when I started uploading, the Indian guy came and accused me of lying and use other people cards which was not true and refused to understand or communicate well or at least discuss with me anything. I insisted to go downstairs to the guy in the print shop and asked him to clarify the situation to the Indian guy who came and asked me to leave. That was absolutely aggressive and unacceptable way of communication. I didn’t use any other users’ information. There was nothing on the door states that what i should and shouldn’t do as a visitor there was nothing on the website states that either. Also, I didn’t use any one else’s id !! I asked this indian guy to let me see a supervisor or a manager to discuss this horrible situation but he refused and said he is the supervisor here. That was the worst experience I ever had. I have no issues with your policy if as long as it is clear and obvious for anyone to read and know before arriving to the print shop and surprised!!! Again: I would not recommend your print shop to anyone.
