Waste of time, there is no prevention at all!!! The system is wait for bailiff eviction or you are making yourself homeless....incurr all the court charges and bailiffs fees over £1000...rack up debt...become homeless then come back to see what we can do to help!!!

Absolute waste of time the man on the phone sounds like he’s just got up out of bed not interested at all in helping people no wonder people are homeless and got mental health issues having to deal with these people the place wants looking into the full system wants looking into sat on there backsides not helping no 1 well tbh the man on phone sounds like he can’t even help himself tbh just made me depressed just talking to him an if your reading this you want to be ashamed of yourself get another job wish I could give no star at all

This place is absolutely disgusting I have been homeless since the 11/10/22 due to my house been burnt out on the 10/10/22. They are not even offering me a b&b at all it's a joke. This is no good for my mental health at all. I feel like giving up completely on everything, they are not bothered about homeless people at all. 😡😡😡😡

The worst service I have ever experienced. I was Left homless with a baby. Nobody cared to do anything . Extremely rude and unprofessional and clueless staff. I had to find a place by myself. I would not recommend relying on them. They are worthless 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 if I could give -* I would
