Ordered a hot and sour soup and got a tub of the sauce from the bbq ribs rang to complian and was told thats how he cooks it absolute joke refused to refund me any reviews that are anything other than 1 star are 100%garanteed done by the people who work here its discusting they literally dont know what there doimg these people haven't got a clue how to cook chinese food in any way shape or form and havw no interst in learning swerve it at all costs

I'd give zero stars, if I could. We ordered three meals, and there was nothing particularly difficult about the order. We made the order on Just Eat, and when it stated the food was here (but it wasn't), we called them to ask where it was. They said it was just leaving the shop. So, another half an hour passes, and still no food. Another call to the shop. This time it's 'Definitely, definitely on the way'. Another twenty five minutes passed by and the driver finally arrived. I went out to meet him, at which point he explained the carton of curry sauce had 'spilled a bit', but he would bring us another carton. As I walked back into the house, I saw the entire carton was splashed all over the rest of the food, and it was all stone cold. I called the shop, told them it was going in the bin (and why), and informed them a request for a refund would be submitted to Just Eat. I also pointed out that this was the first time I'd ordered from them, but wouldn't be ordering again.

Ordered Special Chow Mein collected dry stir fried noodles with meat. Went back with food to explain there was no sauce in the meal. Was told they don't cook Chow Mein with any sauce so dry stir fried noodles is what I got "Chow Mein sauce is made with sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, brown sugar, and cornstarch". It's not a dry dish.
