Awful experience. I rented a property through Letbid earlier this year and paid a security deposit when I moved in. After leaving the property a couple of months ago, I have still not received my security deposit back and they have failed to communicate with me on this matter. They will also over-charge you for properties in comparison to other agencies. Unprofessional and rude, would NOT recommend to anyone. Avoid.

Terrible experience. My parents used these agents for property management services. They failed to transfer payment of rent to my parents account and we had to continually chase them for this. In the end they failed to transfer any monies and have kept my parents rental income. Genuine thieves do not use.

Any businesses providing a service to let bid be aware I carried locksmith work out for the business the 11th December 2021 for some apartments in Birmingham and they still haven’t paid after countless times contacting them just saying they get back to me.

Honestly, just avoid there’s a list of issues from the false advertisement of a concierge. There is none. The bell system doesn’t work so you if you haven’t noted the delivery for the access code (not all even read the notes) you miss parcels. I most recently had an issue with a leak which I thought they couldn’t do bad with but haven’t had that fixed and it started on the 15/02/22, today is 02/03/22. This has caused me numerous issues with sleep as it’s directly onto my pillow and face , this ain’t only a health concern but safety as it’s leaking directly from one of the lights, resulted in me sleeping at friends house, living space etc. To make matters worse there’s been a few days where the boiler hasn’t worked, but as of today ‘2 March’ it hasn’t worked since the previous night and no one answering the phone. If ur a student like me just look elsewhere.
