Definitely one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They're just plain unresponsive - it's impossible to get anything done. They never answer the phone, Jag (the agent we dealt with the whole time) literally takes weeks to answer texts unless you threaten to involve the landlord. Our contract started late because of his lack of any kind of response and he had the nerve to try and charge us extra rent as a result! Absolutely ridiculous and doesn't seem to even understand how this stuff works. I was also given an email address that doesn't exist to contact them on? How are they even still in business?!

These have to be the worst letting agents in the city! Why any landlord would use them is beyond me! I have tried multiple times to contact them but they are always unavailable. They never return telephone calls... completely unprofessional! Am trying to find out who the owner of the property is directly since letscene really do not wish to let it

If you are a prospective Landlord planning to use this Agency to rent your properties, please do not bother as they cannot be bothered to get back to prospective Tennants! Been trying for the past nearly 2 weeks to speak to an actual letting agent to get a viewing for a Commercial Premises. Left my details a few times. Completed the online contact form/Email. ZILCH response! Don't bother! Really love the space but I shall now be contacting the Landlord Directly as I've received their contact details from someone.
