    I am not one to ever complain but I struggled to find a specific pair of jeans that where my size when visiting, I asked a woman with bleach blonde hair and a lip piercing for help finding my size, she blatantly ignored me and went to the tills where she then stood on her phone. After having no help with her I saw a man with tattoos and his lanyard said he was part of management folding jeans (I thought he would have been better help as he was a manager) he said he'd check out the back for me and to my surprise he never came back, he left me hanging like an absolute melon! I decided to just look through the pile of jeans on my own and see if I could find anything remotely my size. I had a lovely lad who actually took the time and guided me to find my size. Unfortunately they were sold out of my size. I am very disappointed with this customer service especially the attitude from management?! I expected better.
