Wonderful service! Just collected my overlocker after a service and blade replacement, runs like a dream. Lovely staff with wonderful customer service. Everyone is absolutely amazing! I went along to consider upgrading my embroidery machine and nothing was too much trouble. Sue took the time to give me a very detailed demo of the machine. I ordered on Tuesday and the machine was delivered Wednesday. Excellent service from all the very friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

We even discussed the issues regarding my old machine and the fact that it could be repaired and kept as a back up.
