A truly brilliant facility and a top rate fishmonger. I do hope the service doesn't become slower as you need 2 people really on a Saturday. Love it though!

We love this store! Searching around at the beginning of lockdown for somewhere to buy fresh fish we heard on the local community Facebook group that there was a guy taking and delivering orders over WhatsApp. We didn't really know what to expect the first time but took a chance and were rewarded with the best fresh produce we've had in London. Since then it's been amazing to follow their journey and grow into (soon to be) 3 stores. Despite their workload they still have time to help out their customers (thank you for re-arranging our delivery at the last moment late Friday afternoon after I put the wrong date). Looking forward to our next order!

I have had a great experience every time! Really fresh fish and lots of other super bits of produce - and always helpful in giving cooking tips and ideas. Love the fact they only have what they deem fresh and high quality, but always something else interesting on offer. Wonderful to see such a local business establish itself so well and serve with such passion.

spent £40 on tuna bought at 1pm, went to prep at 5 and from the smell, knew it wasn't right. Called up and they were very apologetic, I offered to bring the tuna back that evening but they said they were closing and just to call for a refund. A month later after calling loads, no refund. A call from the manager then saying they won't give one: "anybody could call up and say the fish was off". Such a disssapointmenting approach to customer service . Used to buy a lot from here and love supporting local businesses, sadly won't be buying here again.

We bought 40 quids worth of sashimi grade tuna which turned out to be rancid. We bought it at lunchtime and called up to complain at 5 30 when I started preparing it and noticed it was off. They promised to give us a refund and then almost a month went by before calling us and telling us that we wouldn't get a refund as we didn't bring the fish back. We weren't told that at the time. We also saw them weighing the sashimi grade tuna on the same scale as other fish which was noted by them as a mistake. Disappointing as we enjoyed supporting a local business but a sour experience killed that really.
