    I was very excited when I booked the appointment as this place has good reviews. This was my first time ever to get nails done, which I did inform the nail technician. I booked their NAIL PACKAGE1: Dipping Gel Manicure & Spa pedicure £59 .I wanted to get length to my nails so at the appointments I requested if it is possible, she said Yes she can but she will not have time to do my pedicure. we agreed. I showed an inspiration image to the nail technician -idea for my nails. The appointment was about 1 hour 30 minutes long. she did acrylic nail on hand (design of my choice) and gel on toes. they charged me £66 in total. No explanation was give to me in terms of the charges as she did not do my pedicure, I was not expecting to pay extra but no-one informed me why the total was £66.(they explained later on, on emails) Nail technician never informed me about the do's and don’t as this was my first time getting acrylic done. Less then 2 hours and the top coat of my acrylics nails came off and clothes were sticking to it. this was 7.30pm on bank holiday Friday and I was suppose to fly next morning ... called my friend crying for help. My friend had to re-do the top coat again on my hands. next day after reaching my holiday destination I emailed lilly and informed that I was not happy with the outcome and I was very upset and disappointed. They said error has happened and their nail technician should have Double checked my nails before I was leaving , they said I should come back in and they will fix the nails. I informed them I am away for 12 days and this is why I was getting my nails. Acrylics are suppose to last 2-3 weeks - it does not make sense for me to get back to them after my holiday. They have zero customer services , they were not bother that they have an upset customer, infact they were telling me that its my problem that I can not get to them to get my nail fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. They are not professional STAY AWAY!! Service: Acrylic nails

    Went here and my acrylics were super lumpy and thick, I must’ve gotten them done by a new staff member with very little experience. They took well over an hour and lasted less than a week because of their weight.

    I feel awful writing this review as the girl who did my eyebrows was lovely and I do not think my experience was her fault. I booked a last minute appointment for HD brows (this is what it says on fresha when you book). The woman who I assume was the manager called another girl to do my brows and I was taken downstairs, when she asked what I wanted I told her HD brows and she had no idea what I was on about. I showed her my booking which confirmed HD brows and she said she could do me a wax and tint. I asked so it's £19 just for a wax and tint and she said it must be, and went and asked the manager. The manager said a wax and tint is the same as HD brows, I'm sorry but it's not! HD brows is a 7 step process, not just a wax and tint. The girl then put the tint on, and then asked if I wanted them waxed to which I said yes. I think she had trouble turning the wax on, or it wasn't ready because she just ended up tweezing me. I was happy with the shape and colour, however I paid for HD brows and all I received was a tweeze and tint (this ended up being £21 when the money got taken out of my account). My hair has also started to grow back already after 2 days which obviously wouldn't happen so quickly if I had the wax. The manager had conveniently disappeared when I got back upstairs. I really wouldn't recommend here for brows. They falsely advertise and I can't believe I paid £21 for someone to tweeze me and put a tint on. Next time I will stick to Primark!
